5 Simple Ingredients

Water, Oil, White Sugar, All Purpose Flour, Salt

Bring the water, oil, salt and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan

Let's Make Them!

Remove from the heat

Quickly stir in the flour with a wooden spoon.

Allow cooling for 10 minutes

Add a large star tip piping nozzle and dough to a piping bag

Pipe 2-inch churro bites and cut the end with scissors.

Heat your air fryer to 360F then fry the bites in batches for 10 minutes

Coat them with spray oil and turn them over after 5 minutes

Toss the bites in cinnamon sugar

TOP TIP: make your own cinnamon sugar by combining ground cinnamon and white sugar in a bowl.

Serve with homemade caramel sauce
