Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval until smooth. Repeat with 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips.
Dip each pretzel crisp halfway or fully into the melted chocolate.
Add Valentine Sprinkles immediately before the chocolate sets.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and allow to set at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, or until firm.
Repeat until all pretzels are coated.
For a decorative finish, drizzle melted white chocolate over dipped pretzels and add sanding sugar if desired.
